Our principles align with our Trust strategy; the five pillars.

Our core purpose is to ensure we provide the best experience for our employees within the Trust. This includes our staff wellbeing and enabling employees to be as effective and supported as possible:

2. The best use of our staff and resources to ensure that every colleague is as good as they can be in their roles
3. Strong processes will ensure support and development, which has a wider impact on our pupils

The People Excellence team have demonstrable impact on the Trust’s colleagues. Led by Michelle Royce and Heleana Bouyamourn, our Co-Directors of People, the team consists of HR Business Partners who have responsibility for supporting schools directly with the Trust’s HR Strategy, people development and HR needs.
